Today was one of those days... Slept in later than I wanted because the munchkin slept til alomst 9am 😳! Although it felt nice to sleep a little longer, I was trying to make up time all day.
Everything was pushed back later than normal, used nap time to prep the menu for the 3 day detox some of my challengers will be participating in, and my workout kept getting pushed back ALL day because of chores, errands, meal time etc.
Ate dinner a little later than usual and I hate working out too soon after eating. Sooo after munchkin was finally in bed (also later than usual!), I finished up some work and knew I needed to push play before going to bed!! Went to the beachbody yoga studio and selected a 30min video while Daisy decided that she would get into bed even if I wasn't going to yet. 🐶
Stength and balance was a great way to end a day that I spent feeling like I couldn't catch up and regretting that I slept in this morning. The stress is gone, my mind is at ease, my body feels relaxed, and I'm going to bed happy.
