I've kind of had a funk going on lately. Not sure if it's from postpartum, but I have never experienced anxiety before. It's the craziest thing and I know so many people who suffer from it on a daily basis. But after a reassuring phone call, talking with my husband, I just have to keep on keeping on!
Being a virtual online health and wellness coach has taught me many things. One of those things is to focus on my wellbeing, not only physical but emotionally and spiritually. Lately I haven't been focusing on the emotional part or spiritual part, but I've decided I need to! We have to trust that we are GOOD ENOUGH and what we are doing is GOOD ENOUGH!
So remember, you are worth it and sometimes you just need to breathe, trust, let go and see what happens ✌🏻
