I dont post much like this these days, but proud moment here! Having been "the skinny guy" pretty much forever, and especially since my knee injury, I never thought what I've been experiencing lately was possible. I've put on 20lbs in just a few months, and I'm feeling better and stronger than ever. The most I ever squatted before this was a pitiful rep of 315lbs. Here is a only slightly less pitiful rep of 325lbs. My strength and confidence are increasing every day and my goals are being realized and surpassed! Even Sequoias start as saplings! Never give up! .

Couple moves from quad day 😇 I need to work on getting lower in my squats for sure. I made the mistake of going to the gym fasted today and was feeling a bit weak. Overall good workout though 😊
Goblet Squats (my fav 😍): 4 sets of 10 - increase weight each set.
Back Squats: 5 sets of 8 - heavy enough to feel while staying safe and with good form.
Leg Press: 4 sets of 12
Felt so much better now that I have another good pair of lifting shoes!
